travelling by train, bus or plane	You can catch the Airtrain rail service from the airport direct to South Bank station, right in Vulture Street. Or you can take the airport bus shuttle right to the door. The Brisbane Transit Centre—where all trains and long-distance buses stop—is just two stations along the railway or a short taxi trip away
sightseeing	The Southbank Parklands, the Queensland Museum and the Art Gallery are all on the way to the city centre and the Brisbane River is 15 minutes walk in almost any direction
experiencing the real Australia	Eskdale is a beautiful old Queensland house in West End—one of the most interesting old suburbs of Brisbane
studying	The University of Queensland and the Queensland University of Technology are both just across the river and the new footbridges make it even easier to get there. The Conservatorium of Music and College of Art campuses of Griffith University are even closer
